A: With the help of your loved one's physician, family, and professional staff at CHI Riverview, we can complete a needs assessment to identify what activities of daily life require support to maintain your loved one's well being. Often people have special needs that change over time. We are committed to providing personalized care that meets needs while honoring a persons dignity. Our professional staff members are available for guidance as you examine the many options available in independent living or assisted living.

Q: Do you offer transportation services for residents?
A: Yes. Riverview offers transportation 5 days a week from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. Transportation to medical appointments is free. There's a small fee for group outings and personal trips. During off hours, low cost transportation is available with Handi Wheels, Metro Senior Ride Service, and Fargo Transit.

Q: Can I rent Month-to-month?
A: Yes, CHI Riverview requires a written 30 day notice if you choose to move out.

Q: Do you have attached garages?
A: Yes, we have garages approximately 11 x 19 ft. Some are heated and give residents extra storage.

Q: Are pets Welcome?
A: You are welcome to bring one pet. Please call to receive our guidelines on keeping pets.

Q: Do I need an appointment to tour the community?
A: We do not require an appointment to come and tour CHI Riverview. Our marketing staff is available for tours daily from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm plus evenings and weekends by appointment.

Q: Do you offer discounts while I’m away?
A: Yes. If you are away from home for a season your monthly fees are reduced. Please call for complete details.
